Recent research determined that the security of our country is at risk due to the way children are being fed in schools throughout the country, foods that contribute to poor health and obesity, rendering these children un-recruitable for military service. My guest today, Kevin Wilson, a food scientist based in England, and I will discuss Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution and his campaign to change the way we feed our kids. Our conversation takes Jamie’s goal one step further and demonstrates how the issue goes beyond the school lunch.
